Rooms were very clean and the staff were fabulous! We enjoyed the amenities, such as TV and complimentary wireless internet. Ristorante Neptunus, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Actually everything was good.

Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Plus, the hotel was situated at walking distance from lipscani.
